POSITION TITLE: Manager, Marketing (Center for Minority Business Development) - Non-Union

OFFICE: Workforce Development & Continuing Education

PERSONNEL STATUS: Classified Full-Time, Grant funded thru June 30, 2013, Grade 29, Hiring Range: $47,583 - $52,341/Annual

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, public relations or administration, communications or a closely related discipline. Master's degree (especially an MBA) preferred.
   


2. Four (4) years experience (with an MBA) or six (6) years experience (with a BA) in business consulting/training, business management, or related technical program management experience at a community college, small business development center, community-based organization or private industry.
   


3. Experience training, coaching, mentoring minority businesses to successfully compete for contracts and developing marketing collateral is highly desirable.
   


4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
